Weekly Fridge Slip
Dear Parent(s) and/or Guardian(s),
So far, we have enjoyed our study of nursery rhymes. We did a lot of work with rhyme, vocabulary and story elements. We are also using nursery rhymes to practice and review concepts across the curriculum. "Zz" will be our last letter of the week. We made it!!! Show and tell should begin with /z/. Please, no more than one item per day. *Please return all books as soon as possible (library and classroom). *No School for students Friday, May 5-Valentine Track Meet/Teacher Inservice. *If you still have your child's orange poetry folder, please send it back to school as soon as possible. I will bind the poems into a book and it is more special if the poems have the student's illustrations. *Please mark your calendars for Friday, May 12. This will be the day for our Nursery Rhyme Olympics. Please plan to come to kindergarten and work cooperatively with your child. If you have any questions, please contact me.
